One pound is a lot. It doesn’t seem it when you only lose one but it is.
If you lost 1 pound a week for a whole year you’d lose over 3 stone.
It’s more of an achievable weekly goal.
If you lose more you get more excited and are more happy.
It’s a great thing to say “I lost a pound”
It’s healthy.
